The reason is that the workset id for the revision cloud itself is the host view, and in the case of a dependent view, the cloud will only display the parent view and therefore you will lose track of what sheet that.

If your official revisions are numeric then you can add a new revision with its numbering set to 'none' or 'alphabet' in order to filter it out from the revision schedule.
